Work that shipped, and what it earned

A phone on a craft bench showing the back-in-stock alert email: an It's back subject line, the restocked product, and a Shop Now button. A faithful recreation under a stand-in brand.

Back in Stock Notifications

Sold-out pages were dead ends. Restock alerts across 14 markets turned them into $3M+ in attributed sales.
Close crop of the in-portal notice: an Action required badge, Your agreement needs to be re-signed, a June 9 deadline, and a single Review the agreement button.

Design Under a Deadline

A required agreement update with a hard deadline. One notice, no dismiss button, and 3 in 4 completed it.
Close crop of the generator's preview table: each market's countries beside the store addresses its link resolves to, with invented example addresses. A faithful recreation under a stand-in brand.

Dynamic Link Generator

Replaced 100,000 stored links with routing on subscriber data we already had. Half the emails per campaign.

Everything else I love to make

Web, game, and brand work. I build things on purpose to learn skills before I need them.

The jakereategui.com home page, deep steel surface with sage accents.

Web Design

Sites designed and built end to end, including the one you're looking at.
Pixel-art key art of an underwater battle: diving-bell walkers and infantry face an octopus, crabs, and siege turtles across a trench, beneath a glowing obsidian spire.

Game Design

Deep Pressure, a self-initiated RTS universe: faction identity, unit sprites, structures, and command UI for a drowned Earth.
Three marks side by side: a light MS slash 70 badge on black, a white contour square on deep blue, and a brushed pot inside a ring on warm paper.

Brand Systems

Identity systems built end to end, from the mark to the product it lives in. Personal projects, so the brief and the constraints are both mine.
